Legal Experience

Prior to practicing law in Minnesota, I spent 19 years serving as a Chief Negotiator for Boeing. While I was there, I negotiated terms and conditions of the price of planes between Boeing and the government. In addition, I also taught negotiation and mediation at a junior college in California.

The experience and knowledge I gained at Boeing and while teaching has given me a unique perspective that helps me with the cases I work on now. Aside from these experiences:

• I am an ADR 114 Mediator for Family Legal Matters, Parenting Time Consultant and Parenting Time Expediter.
• I have trial and litigation experience.
• I have written several articles on Chapter 7 bankruptcy.
